Insurance Companies

As a courtesy to our patients, Internal Medicine Associates of the Grand Valley will bill all insurance companies. Please bring a copy of your insurance card with you to each visit.

Copays and Deductables

All Copays are due at the time of service. If you owe coinsurance or deductibles, we will bill you for your portion of services after your insurance has paid. By law, we cannot waive these fees. Our office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal checks and cash.

Self-Pay Patients

All payments are due at the time of service. If you are uninsured you may be able to make payment arrangements prior to your visit. Please visit with our billing office staff to help set these up.
